Arrow Staffing is currently hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for a busy warehouse in Montclair! If you have warehouse experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Duties:
Forklift Sit-down, about 5% of the day
Pack and label merchandise for shipment
Receive, sort, stock, and organize inventory
Pick and prepare customer orders
Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
Assemble shelving and maintain warehouse organization
Keep the work area clean and safe
Meet daily productivity and quality goals
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, stocking, or order fulfillment experience preferred
RF scanner and basic computer experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team
Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk throughout the shift
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements
Must be able to work the full scheduled shift
