Job Description

• Process reports for assigned accounts.
• Responsible for accuracy of transcription, data identification, and completeness of report.
• Performs quality control for reports.
• Responsibilities include proofreading for grammar, spelling, and punctuation; verifying accuracy of information, data, and claims; communicating appropriately and effectively with other departments; and demonstrating problem-solving ability.
• Review calendar dates and follow up with physicians regarding time frames and deadlines.
• Communication with physicians for report completeness.
• Works with different departments to obtain efficient report workflow.
• Optimize the production process to ensure reports are delivered on time.
• Maintains patient confidence by keeping patient records information confidential.
• Monitor, review, and report feedback of assigned accounts.
• Requirements:
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skill.
• Must be an effective communicator.
• Basic computer software knowledge (MS Office Suite, Share File, Google Calendar, others as needed)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred
• Workers Compensation / Medicolegal experience preferred.
