Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned customer accounts.
Process purchase orders, returns, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
Coordinate product and service deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other departments to resolve issues.
Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects.
Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Care Supervisor.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of phone systems and customer service practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
