With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a SEO/SEM Marketing Specialist to our team in the Long Island Office.

In this role, you won’t just be optimizing pages—you’ll be shaping strategy, driving quality traffic, and making a direct impact on our bottom line. If you love algorithms, A/B tests, and crafting campaigns that convert, let’s talk.

Essential Job Duties

• Own and execute SEO strategies from end to end—on-page, off-page, and technical.
• Launch and optimize high-performing paid search (SEM) campaigns on Google, Bing, and beyond.
• Dive into keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to fuel smart decisions.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO/SEM performance—and pivot fast when needed.
• Improve landing pages for better conversion and ad quality scores.
• Resolve technical SEO issues and keep our site search-friendly and fast.
• Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.
• Manage paid search budgets and forecast ROI like a pro.

Position Requirements

• 10-15 years of solid SEO experience within a company
• Proven experience in an SEO/SEM role, with a track record of measurable results.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and friends.
• Analytical mindset—you love finding patterns in the data and making decisions based on it.
• Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and website management.
• Strong communicator who can work independently and cross-functionally.
• Google Ads and/or Analytics certification? Huge plus.
• Experience with A/B testing and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Bonus: Understanding of how social media impacts SEO.

Compensation: Starting at $85,000 based on experience
