Position Summary

We’re looking for a Compliance Auditor to join our team and ensure that our operations, personnel, and procedures meet all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. This role is vital to maintaining the integrity and professionalism of our security workforce.
Essential Job Duties
- Conduct regular audits of employee files to verify compliance with contracts, internal policies, and government regulations
- Review licenses, certifications, and training records to ensure credentials are valid and current
- Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to private security operations
- Document findings and create clear, actionable reports with recommendations
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve issues and improve compliance standards
- Provide feedback on policy improvements and training needs based on audit results
Position Requirements
- 2 years of experience in compliance auditing or regulatory review, ideally in the security services industry
- A deep understanding of private security operations and industry standards
- Excellent analytical, observational, and report-writing skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WinTeam is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus
The expected hiring range for this position is $28.00- $32.00 an hour plus overtime, commensurate with experience and location.
