Director of Security

With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Director of Security.

Our Director of Security is central to keeping our clients' operations running smoothly, managing staffing and scheduling, supporting security teams in critical moments, and building strong client relationships. By collaborating across departments and upholding compliance and company standards, this role helps deliver exceptional service and an outstanding client experience every day.

This does require frequent travel to various client sites and have to be flexible with hours!

Essential Job Duties

• Handle scheduling of assigned security staff as congruent with client needs
• Train, mentor and support uniformed security officers
• Liaison with clients and coordinate communication of operations, through an effective and responsive approach
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Effectively manage people and costs while ensuring contract compliance
• Draft and update security post orders
• Drive operational accountability
• Perform unannounced inspections/visit client sites
• Other tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must have 2 years' experience in managing security operations or accounts
• Ability to work in a team setting and structured environment, following strict processes
• Must be flexible in availability to tend to accounts when needed
• Ability to work in high pressure situations with firm deadlines
• Working knowledge of WinTeam & eHub platforms preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Must have Valid Driver's License

The expected hiring range for this position is $70,000- $85,000 annually monthly car allowance commensurate with experience and location.
