The Vice President will assist with performance and attribution reporting internally and externally, along with forecasting and planning for investments across active funds.

The Vice President will assist with performance and attribution reporting internally and externally, along with forecasting and planning for investments across active funds.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production of FP&A forecasts, facilitate senior team reviews, and coordinate the submissions for the global opportunistic real estate business
- Review and calculate fund level key performance metrics
- Coordinate consolidation of various reporting across the global platform
- Engage directly with various teams to prepare quarterly reporting and analyzing performance
- Review and prepare presentations and memorandums for senior management
- Assist in the preparation of real estate strategic plans and business analysis
- Assist with SEC financial reporting by preparing and reviewing deliverables for quarterly filings
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics
- 7-12 years of related experience
- Experience in close-ended real estate funds, waterfalls, valuations and performance reporting
- Anaplan experience a plus
- Proficient in Excel required
- Ability to partner across teams, summarize issues, and develop recommendations
