Our client is a multi-billion dollar credit focused asset manager managing funds for institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall coordination of the monthly and quarterly valuation processes
- Compile valuations and supporting information and prepare summary packages to be reviewed by senior management
- Support the annual audit and interim reviews by tracking documentation and providing information requests
- Work with relevant internal and external parties including third party service providers and auditors
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience working in financial services
- Experience reviewing and building valuation models
- Familiarity and experience with financial statements and financial metrics
- Knowledge of capital markets/illiquid valuations
- Experience working with debt instruments a plus
- Strong Excel skills with VBA experience preferred
