Responsibilities
- Assist with general corporate tax consulting
- Prepare tax returns
- Assist with IPO readiness and consult on tax implications
- Assist with IRS and state audit matters
- Assist with audit defense and controversy matters
- Assist with tax structuring and post-merger integration
- Provide research and transaction-specific analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance
- CPA or parts passed
- 3-5 years of public accounting experience
- Strong software and Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, technical, and research skills
