Our client, a well-recognized business advisory and consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the growing team.
Responsibilities
- Review of client books and records and reconcile account balances for supporting schedules
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and checklists
- Support clients’ Form 10-K, Forms 10-Q and quarterly earnings release
- Prepare non-public company’s financial statements, footnotes, and necessary support
- Assist team on maintaining accounting models in Excel
- Responsible for highlighting unusual relationships from basis analysis for financial statements and account balances
- Assist in various projects including FP&A, IPO readiness, and M&A
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
- 3-5 years in public accounting
- CPA or parts passed
- Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting a plus
