Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Oversee the consolidation of financial data from various departments and subsidiaries
- Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and ensure compliance
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management and external stakeholders
- Prepare and present financial reports highlighting key trends and variances to senior management and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 8-10 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting
- Experience in real estate asset management preferred
- Managerial experience required
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with operation consolidation reporting mechanics involving multiple entities
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
