What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and improve quality system and documentation.
- Assist with internal auditing and maintaining quality certifications.
- In collaboration with various departments, identify and implement process improvements through data and risk analysis.
- Complete thorough root cause analysis to implement robust corrective actions when quality issue arises.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers.
- Train on quality related areas, such as ESD, 6S, and other lean methodologies.
- Conduct presentations to co-workers, managers, stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership.
- Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
- Engineering Degree preferred with three or four-year diploma.
- 2 to 3 years of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Able to work independently and to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Six Sigma, Yellow or Green Belt
- Certified Quality Engineer Certification
- Project Management Experience
- EtQ Software
- Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
- Computer Science and information technology certifications
