The Role

Senior People Business Partner -

Shape the Future of a Growing Global Organization

Arrive is on an exciting journey of transformation and growth. Following a series of strategic acquisitions, we’re uniting our global teams under a shared vision and we’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner who can help us make it happen.

This is your opportunity to lead integration, change, and culture-building initiatives. You’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, guiding them through organizational change while shaping a world-class employee experience that fuels innovation and high performance on a global scale.

What You’ll Do

Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive business success. Influence organizational design, performance management, and compensation practices to create the conditions for growth.

Develop top talent: Identify and nurture future leaders. Design development programs that build essential skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Leverage data for impact: Use analytics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of people initiatives, improving talent acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Drive engagement & performance: Champion initiatives that empower high-performing, motivated teams. Lead projects to strengthen well-being, inclusion, and cultural alignment.

Provide global guidance: Offer expert advice on employment law, mobility, and compliance. Ensure consistency in people practices while respecting regional nuances.

Lead change & transformation: Steer integration, scaling, and restructuring efforts with clarity and empathy, keeping communication open, alignment strong, and culture at the forefront.

What You’ll Bring

Significant experience as a Senior People Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth or transformation environment. Ideally someone with global experience in scale up and M&A environment.

A strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into impactful people plans.

Outstanding communication and influencing skills, able to engage senior leaders and inspire trust across borders.

A passion for developing technical talent and building a culture where innovation and performance thrive.

Proven experience managing HR matters across diverse legal and cultural landscapes.
