Follow scripts and adapt messaging to engage prospects effectively
Handle objections and answer basic customer inquiries
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams
Meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
