As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion throughout the Western, Southern, and Midwestern United States, working directly with companies that have staffing and hiring challenges.

What You’ll Do as a Business Development Representative:
- Make 100 outbound phone calls per day to prospective business clients
- Set appointments with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Schedule appointments using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Use a CRM system to manage leads and track activity
- Research local markets and launch email and phone outreach campaigns
Business Development Representative Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and desire to meet performance goals
- Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus (customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, sales)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with professionals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems and sales tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time position
Pay & Incentives:
- $18 per hour
- $150 monthly performance bonus based on metrics
- $20 per appointment kept
- Hourly pay increases are available after 3 months of consistent performance
- Additional hourly pay increases are available after 6 months
