Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as appropriate for the situation
- Use knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, and agriculture to assess outdoor environments and recommend integrated pest management solutions
- Operate driving vehicles safely to reach various job sites efficiently and responsibly
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, areas inspected, and client interactions for compliance and quality assurance
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and safe treatment practices to ensure long-term results
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to set traps, bait stations, or perform minor repairs as needed
Skills
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and products, with a focus on termite management
- Experience in sales or customer service to effectively communicate solutions and build trust with clients
- Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture practices to understand outdoor environments
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for timely travel between job sites
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and answer client questions confidently
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
