Position: Training and Development Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $75,000/year annual performance bonus

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in training and 3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Greene Resources is seeking a Training and Development Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Design and implement company-wide training programs, including onboarding and leadership development.
• Lead the delivery of in-person and digital training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Manage and maintain the learning management system and training content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to improve programs.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address training needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Support compliance with training requirements and organizational standards.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Strong knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and blended learning environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
