Job Description
- Design and implement company-wide training programs, including onboarding and leadership development.
- Lead the delivery of in-person and digital training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Manage and maintain the learning management system and training content.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to improve programs.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address training needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Support compliance with training requirements and organizational standards.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and blended learning environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
