- Variable Hours April 26 – July 12
- No work Mid July – Mid August
- Variable Hours Late August – Late November
This Role Ensures That

Core Objectives
- Manage attendance and ensure daily shift coverage
- Drive associate performance and accountability through active onsite management
- Protect client satisfaction through responsiveness, communication, and follow-through
- Reduce disruption and by addressing attendance, behavior, and performance issues immediately
Workforce Execution & Coverage
- Own daily shift coverage across assigned sites; proactively identify and resolve gaps
- Coordinate last-minute backfills in partnership with recruiting
- Monitor attendance in real-time and take immediate action on callouts/no-shows
- Maintain clear visibility into headcount, coverage risk, and upcoming needs
- Set clear expectations with associates on attendance, conduct, and performance
- Conduct onsite coaching, corrective conversations, and terminations as needed
- Manage walk-offs, escalations, and behavior issues in real time
- Maintain a visible onsite presence during key shifts and high-risk periods
- As needed, meet new hires on their first day to ensure a strong start and clear expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for associate concerns onsite
- Build a strong working relationship with onsite client stakeholders
- Collect real-time feedback on associate performance and operational gaps
- Urgently escalate risks and onsite needs to the HB Staffing team
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in unstructured, fast-changing environments and is willing work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- The Onsite Manager must lead from the front, demonstrating comfort jumping in and helping, being on site, and being the go-to person for the customer and associates.
