Position: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Riverside, CA (Onsite)

Pay: $26 to $27/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: Previous HR experience.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm (Must be able to work flexible hours as needed)

Logic Staffing is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team!

Job Description

• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate parties.
• Complete the E-Verify/background check process as necessary for associate onboarding.
• Audit employee files across multiple platforms and maintain confidentiality.
• File all documents, respond to emails, and check in guests.
• Work with Talent Agents and Allocation Managers regarding interview schedules.
• Liaise between Array Central HR, Insurance, Benefits, and local brands.
• Activate and deactivate associate profiles.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• Effectively work in a team environment and independently.
