Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance
- Handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
Qualifications:
- Experience in general maintenance or a related trade preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry (Will train the right individual
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work independently
