Check Out Our Must Haves
- Healthcare Staffing: Healthcare staffing or relevant industry knowledge highly preferred
- Experience: At least three years of relevant (physician) recruiting experience
- Goal Oriented: Proven track record in recruitment and/or sales, with experience in closing deals successfully
- Education: College degree preferred but not required
- Remote: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting is preferred
- Systems: Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
- Locations: Enterprise Medical Recruiting staff must reside in one of the following states CO, GA, FL, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, TX
Your Day to Day
Physician Recruiter Responsibilities
- Meet assigned production goals
- Work directly with clients to identify and resolve problems
- Establish and maintain effective candidate and client relationships
- Build relationships with physicians to help them find their next opportunity
- Actively listen to clients and candidates to best determine their needs
- Problem solves with clients and candidates to ensure the best outcome for all
- Guide clients and candidates through the recruiting process
- Set and coordinate interviews and contract reviews
- Maintain data integrity in the CRM system
