Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Report to: Shop Foreman / Facility Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the flow of products and supplies, ensure stock levels are accurate and items are properly stored
- Track incoming and outgoing products, maintain accurate records, and update inventory database.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies between recorded and actual inventory.
- Inspect products for damage or defects, report issues, and ensure proper handling and store to maintain product quality.
- Shipping and receiving ordered products to customers
- Compile inventory reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to management for operational efficiency and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Warehouse / Shipping and Receiving experience, including but not limited to ground and LTL shipping
- Able to operate a forklift
- Experience with inventory control and inventory systems
- Proficient with excel, word, and outlook
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- CPR Certification a plus
- Clean background, drug/alcohol testing and driving record
