Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter

This position entails a Variable On-Call component that functions supplemental to the primary schedule. Responsibilities include weekend rotations and intermittent weekday coverage for the centralized on-call team. Please note that these rotational assignments are subject to modification based on operational demand.

Essential Functions:

• Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
• Develop strong relationships with care professionals
• Effectively schedule care professionals with Arosa clients, while maximizing desired hours, in an effort to be the care professional's primary employer
• Work with Care Managers to effectively match care professionals and clients based on skills and mutual interests
• Provide a high level of customer service to all Arosa clients and care professionals
• Boost employee retention with company-wide strategic initiatives  
• Recruit, screen, interview, onboard new teammates
• Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, and targeted community outreach and recruitment events
• Assure the caregiving team successfully completes initial and annual training requirements 

Required 

• Customer service experience 
• Positive attitude with team-player mindset
• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• PC literacy

Salary : $70,304 - $73,000
