  • Warmly greets guests as they enter Arooga’s, accommodating any special needs

  • Answers and addresses all phone calls directed to host/ess stand in a courteous, professional and timely manner

  • Asks if it is guests’ first time, and if so, alerts manager

  • Calculates approximate wait time and manages guests’ expectations when there is a wait

  • Thanks guests as they leave and invites them to come back to Arooga’s

  • Confirms guest reservations the morning of their reservation

  • Performs other functions as time permits and as necessary including, but not limited to, rolling silverware, cleaning entryway, seating

  • Advises a Manager of any guest complaints

  • Weekend, Evening and Holiday work are required
