AROMA, a trusted name in small kitchen appliances sold at major national retailers, is seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing San Diego office.
Summary
We’re looking for a motivated professional with 2–5 years of sales experience who’s eager to grow and make an impact. You’ll partner with our sales and account management teams to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and expand distribution opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product and sales strategies with the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers
- Support outside sales reps with account details, samples, and updates
- Prepare and present assortments for in-person and virtual meetings (some travel required)
- Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities
- Track and manage sales budgets by account and channel
- Troubleshoot account issues as needed
- Attend trade shows and events to promote products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 2–5 years of sales or sales support experience
- Experience in consumer products, housewares, or kitchen appliances a plus
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and business concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, resourceful, and great at multitasking
- Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
