What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Coordinator position at Aroluxe?
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator who is eager to bridge the gap between college theory and professional execution.
This is a foundational role designed for a curious, analytical professional looking to build a career in a fast-paced agency environment. You won’t just be observing from the sidelines; you will be an active contributor to our SEO and Paid Search teams, gaining hands-on experience with the latest in AI-driven search (GEO) and Google Ads. If you are a high-achiever who thrives on problem-solving and wants to work alongside a supportive team that values clear communication and technical growth, we’d love to have you in our Nashville office.
As a Coordinator, you will support our senior strategists in executing high-impact digital campaigns. You’ll be the bridge between raw data and creative strategy.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Assist with keyword research, on-page optimizations, and technical audits to help our clients climb the organic rankings.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Help us pioneer strategies for the AI era, ensuring our clients’ brands appear in AI-generated search summaries (like Perplexity and Gemini).
- Paid Search (Google Ads): Support the setup, monitoring, and A/B testing of search campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Data & Analytics: Use a suite of industry-standard tools to track performance and help build monthly reports that prove our value to clients.
You don’t need to be an expert on day one, but you should be excited to dive into:
- SEMrush (Keyword & Competitor Research)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) (Traffic & Behavior)
- Google Ads (Campaign Management)
- Google Search Console (Site Health & Performance)
- LLMs and other AI Agents (Research)
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You notice the small stuff. Whether it’s a broken link or a slight dip in click-through rates, you enjoy solving the "puzzle" of digital data.
- A Lifelong Learner: The digital landscape changes every week. You’re the type of person who stays curious about AI and new tech trends.
- A Strong Communicator: You can explain complex ideas simply and enjoy collaborating with a team to hit a goal.
- Nashville Local: You’re ready to bring your energy to our Nashville office 3 days a week to brainstorm, collaborate, and grow with the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Recent or upcoming May 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply!)
- Basic understanding of how search engines work
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are a major plus (but we can help you get these!)
- Salary W2 employee
- Health and retirement benefits options
- Range $40k - $50k depending on experience
We believe in a "growth mindset." You’ll receive hands-on mentorship from industry veterans, work in a hybrid environment that respects your work-life balance, and gain experience in the fastest-growing sector of marketing: AI-driven search.
