Job Description
237 Global is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Coordinator to join our Digital Department. This position provides support to our Client Leads as they manage the app and fanclubs of their roster of clients. We are looking for a candidate who can juggle multiple projects effectively, in time-sensitive circumstances, and across various time zones. dedicated to working and contributing to execution in the music tech and fan engagement space and has the drive to super-serve our internal and external stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong written and communication skills.
Position Details
- Support Digital Leads in executing the day to day of the artist’s app and fan club. As well as new app launches
- Draft department materials including fan communication, presale ticketing letters, data reports, etc.
- Update and maintain department checklists and to-do lists
- Assist our customer service team on inquiries related to assigned apps
- Troubleshoot challenges in real-time as they occur
- Support the management and distribution of digital assets, including app content, marketing materials, and social media collateral
- Proofread and review documents, reports, and communications to ensure accuracy before distribution to internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to quickly learn new business systems
- Graphic design skills
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in-office 5 days a week
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks with a high level of organization
