| Job Description (Posting). | Technical lead with Java, Spring, Hibernate, MongoDB Job Summary The Technical lead will be responsible low level design, development, unit testing and for leading a team in the development and implementation of projects using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MongoDB. They will be in charge of overseeing the technical aspects of the projects, providing guidance to the team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage a team of developers in the low level design, development, and implementation of projects. 2. Provide technical guidance, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices in java, spring, hibernate, and mongodb. 3. Collaborate with cross functional teams & with clients to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. 4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure project success. 5. Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in java programming and in-depth knowledge of java concepts and best practices. 2. Proficient with spring framework, including spring boot, spring mvc, and spring security. 3. Strong understanding of hibernate orm and database concepts. 4. | Other Requirement | Location: Charlotte NC Seeking an experienced SE3 with strong Java microservices expertise to build scalable, high performance sprint boot backend services. Must have hands on experience with MongoDB, Oracle, Kafka, Apigee API Gateway/Marketplace, EPLX pipelines, and container platforms (OpenShift/OCP, Kubernetes). The role requires effective use of AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, along with Generative AI awareness and Agentic AI awareness. Experience with AI driven microservices testing automation and strong knowledge of testing frameworks focused on faster, high quality outcomes is essential. Payment's domain experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills are required for effective cross team collaboration. |
