Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Traveller
Assignment Duration: 8 - 10 weeks
Location: Crystal Springs
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (Day Shift) and Night Shift
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Pay Rate: $38.00/ to $45/hour
Employment Type: Contract (Travel)

We are seeking a dependable and clinically proficient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week night-shift contract assignment in Crystal Springs. The LPN will deliver direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians while ensuring adherence to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Provide bedside nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, wound care, medication administration, and documentation

• Support patient assessments and promptly report clinical changes to supervising staff

• Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and safety

• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care plans and treatment goals

• Adhere to infection control policies and facility quality standards

• Active LPN license in good standing

• Prior clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care preferred

• Ability to work overnight shifts and meet weekly guaranteed hours

• Strong documentation, communication, and patient-care coordination skills

• BLS certification (required)
