Position: Product Owner
Location: Phoenix (3 days onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Roles and Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Product Manager to translate the EP2 vision into executable features, stories, and releases.
Help define and refine capabilities across: Capability Maps, Self-Service Services, Workflow Composer, AI Assistant, and Knowledge Experiences.
Work with platform SMEs, engineers, architects, and business teams to identify self-service opportunities and reusable platform capabilities.
Drive backlog readiness, feature decomposition, acceptance criteria, dependency management, and release planning.
Technical & AI Expectations
Comfortable working in highly technical platform environments involving APIs, Data assets, Events, Workflows, Capability models, and System integrations.
Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and applications, including LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Assistants, and Prompt-driven experiences.
Able to evaluate AI-powered experiences from both a product and user perspective.
Capable of understanding technical architecture discussions and translating them into product requirements.
Must be comfortable hands-on testing or debugging on their own.
Hands-On Problem Solving
Comfortable validating integrations, testing APIs, reviewing logs, reproducing issues, and helping isolate root causes.
Acts as the first line of validation before involving engineering teams.
