About The Role
We’re seeking a strategic Distribution Manager to build, lead, and grow a high-performing network of independent distributors across the Eastern United States. You’ll play a critical role in developing channel strategy, strengthening distributor performance, and identifying new market opportunities across both outpatient and surgical environments.
- This is a remote role supporting the eastern regions, and we’re happy to consider candidates located anywhere across the Eastern region.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing independent distributors
- Deliver training across clinical use, reimbursement, and product knowledge
- Support contract negotiation and onboarding processes
- Set targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching
- Build strong distributor relationships and act as key regional contact
- Collaborate with internal teams to support field success
- Analyse market trends and execute strategies to drive growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Maintain high-quality distribution practices
- Support accurate sales reporting and commission alignment
- Provide regular performance and market insights to leadership teams
- 5 years’ experience in medical device sales or distribution, with leadership or network management experience
- Preferred experience within distribution networks, such as MiMedx, Organogenesis, or similar distributors, ideally within an outpatient setting
- Proven success building and growing independent distributor networks
- Strong knowledge of wound care, HOPD reimbursement, and spine/orthopaedic markets
- Commercially astute with the ability to analyse data and drive strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- Willingness to travel up to 50% or more
