Schedule
- Full-Time & Part-Time Available
- All shifts available (morning, evening, overnight)
- Must be available for weekends & holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome
- Handle check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservations
- Maintain confidentiality (do not announce room numbers or rates)
- Respond to guest requests promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Process payments, messages, packages, and wake-up calls
- Keep front desk area clean, organized, and professional
- Complete shift checklists and communicate updates between shifts
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer skills (hotel systems experience is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
