Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Intake Assistant to join our team at Arnold & Smith Lawfirm, a leading consumer debt defense law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client information, managing related queries, and assisting legal regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an understanding of and a passion for providing exceptional service to clients in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- The ability to answer client emails in a timely manner.
- Communications with the client so they understand their requirements of the program.
- Ability to explain documentation over the phone to the client if they need help filing out the paperwork.
- Must be able to scan documentation in from the client and have the ability to tell the client how to get the documentation you need back to them.
- Must be able to communicate with all inhouse personnel, if there is more information required.
Qualifications/Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish Speaking preferred).
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a law firm, legal services but not required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish Speaking preferred).
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
