Outside Sales - Territory Manager

Territory: Arizona and Southern California
$2,000 Signing Bonus

About the Position

As a Territory Sales Manager (Outside Sales), you’ll be the face of Arnold in your assigned region, building relationships, driving sales, and delivering our signature Silver Service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Management

  • Develop and grow your customer base; maintain and update monthly

  • Deliver professional sales presentations and follow up to close deals

  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from customers

  • Provide financial counseling/marketing support to customers as needed

  • Execute a marketing plan tailored to your assigned territory

  • Submit monthly account activity reports

• Strategic & Aftermarket Sales

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to maximize territory coverage

  • Contact existing and prospective customers to increase aftermarket sales

  • Support delivery and setup of equipment as needed

• Administrative & Other Duties

  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records

  • Keep workspace clean and presentable

  • Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Agricultural background preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Clean driving record

• Able to lift and carry 50–80 lbs

• Comfortable with extended travel

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, bend, and move frequently—including on uneven terrain

• Use phone and computer regularly for communication and documentation

• Climb in and out of equipment

• Lift, carry, and move equipment or tools as needed
