What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Residential Care Team Member position at Arnold Center, Inc.?
The Lead Residential Care Team Member is responsible for leading a team of Care Team Members who provide residential support services and/or training to individuals with disabilities. This position ensures consistent, high-quality support by overseeing day-to-day service delivery, coordinating team schedules, and guiding staff on person-centered practices and documentation. The Lead facilitates team communication, reviews documentation for accuracy and completion, and supports a collaborative and responsive service environment.
This position reports to the Residential Service Coordinator and receives guidance from a Service Coordinator.
The Lead Residential Care Team Member also approves PTO for their team, assists in shift coverage due to absences, and ensures continuity of care and staffing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $17.70 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
