Job Description:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced indoor manufacturing/productions environment.
- Must have ability to understand and interpret mechanical blueprints, CAD drawings, work instructions, written procedures, and comprehend oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team to meet production schedules.
- Ability to utilize shop math fundamentals and problem-solving techniques to resolve assembly issues is required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate within a team environment.
- Ability to take oral and written instructions and complete tasks within the defined labor standards.
- Must have knowledge of manufacturing/construction processes and fabrication techniques like cutting sheet metal, framing/installing windows and doors, mounting parts and materials per print and diagram.
- Must have the ability to operate power tools, grinders, chop saws, fabrication equipment, overhead cranes, manlifts and forklifts. Must be able to read and properly use a tape measure.
- Must adhere to all internal operating procedures and safety policies. Must maintain acceptable housekeeping practices in designated work areas.
- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
- Will be cross trained in other job functions/departments based on capacity requirements.
- Must be physically capable of completing all duties as required, to include other responsibilities as required.
- A kiosk assembler is frequently required to climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. They must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds without assistance and occasionally lift and work with arms above the head.
- Ability to operate and understand all protective safety equipment in the area.
- Maintain a team player attitude, striving to help our team to succeed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
