Position Description
The Installation Field Supervisor will oversee, assist and be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing structures and major components. They schedule and oversee the installation of products. Being an Installation Field Supervisor ensures adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Work with customers to provide the Gold Standard Customer Service.
· Review paperwork from the crew for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Review job costs and final labor.
· Make necessary repairs to existing products provided by Arning Companies.
· Install products in the field as required.
· Follow all OSHA safety requirements while on jobsite.
· Supervise install crews in the field.
· Supervise additional Arning employees in the field.
· Provide cost effective budgets for projects to be completed and/or repaired.
· Identify issues and design and make repairs a cordially.
· Provide a detailed survey of projects that require repairs or will have the image upgraded.
· Provide Engineering department direction for ease of design for field install improvements.
· Work directly with customer or GC to identify and correct any issues.
· Use company software to track and report on projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in construction.
- 3 years of experience in project management in the field with subcontractors·
- Independently manage, negotiate, and evaluate contractors in the field.
- Ability to lead, develop, train, and directly supervise field crew.
- Customer focus, experience, and a commitment to delivering excellence in customer service·
· Must be willing to travel consistently on a weekly basis.
· Must have valid driver’s license.
· Good communication skills.
· Able to fill out expense reports.
· Quick decision-making ability.
· Must have the ability to lead and be a self-starter.

Experience:
- Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
