Detailed Job Description:

⦁ Oversee implementation and governance of IAM lifecycle processes (Joiner–Mover–Leaver).
⦁ Act as the primary liaison between technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
⦁ Deliver clear executive-level status reporting, including dashboards that highlight project health, KPIs, risks, and achievements.
⦁ Drive smooth handover from project delivery to steady-state operations.
⦁ Implement best practices, documentation standards, and repeatable processes that elevate IAM program maturity.
