* Experienced in AutoSys and Control-M administration, including job scheduling, creating dependencies, managing scheduling tables, calendars, and using Control-M utilities.
* Skilled in UNIX and Linux systems with hands-on experience in maintaining Linux servers and administering the CONTROL-M /EM Distributed Tool
Suite.
* Strong background in troubleshooting system issues, minimizing downtime, and supporting multi-level incident resolution across Level 1, II, and
Ill roles.
* Worked extensively with enterprise systems, performing upgrades, restarts, patching, and monitoring using Humio, Icigna, and Grafana.
* Experienced in automation development, operational process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to maintain system integrity and service reliability.
