Tablet Operator

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Set the machine (operator with the most experience)
• Refill or supply the machine with raw material powder as necessary
• Fill out all the different forms, based on the time established
• Keep the work area clean.
• Follow established SOPs for position and comply with GMPs
• Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented
• Manufacturing or pharmaceutical/nutraceutical experience preferred
• Basic math skills

Physical Requirements:

Requires frequently standing, bending, lifting, 50lbs and pushing, pulling, 100 kg drums with powder; using ladders.

Typical Work Conditions:

• Person will be subject to food and nutritional bulk ingredients, which may affect the respiratory system or the skin, including an environment subject to odors, dust or airborne allergens.
• Person will be working in a dry and low moisture environment and will have exposure to normal work hazards, including a variety of physical conditions such as a proximity to moving mechanical parts.
• Exposure to noise.
