A qualified candidate must possess the following:Work experience
managing or directing the activities of full service Franchise style restaurant (ie, steakhouse, etc). Minimum two years experience as a General manager or Kitchen Manager full service Franchise restaurant concepts preferred.

- Incentives will be paid.
- .1. Recruitment Incentive: $1,500 upon completion of Texas Roadhouse Manager in Training (MIT), Army and MWR training
- .2. Retention Bonus: $2,000 after 24 consecutive months of service and receive an Above Satisfactory Rating on their Annual review.
