As a Host at Army Navy Country Club (ANCC), you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and organized dining environment for our members and their guests. Your leadership will set the standard for exceptional service and ensure that every guest’s visit is smooth and enjoyable.
Job Summary:
The host is the first impression of the restaurant and must greet diners in a friendly manner. The host is responsible for efficiently and effectively seating members and being an ambassador for the club.
Essential Functions:
· Efficiently seat members according to floor plan
· Greet members upon entering dining areas
· Communicate with staff and managers about member requests
· Answer phone in a polite and professional manner
· Ensure cleanliness of area
· Take to go orders
· Knowledgeable about club events and functions
Requirements & Physical Demands:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: No experience required.
Physical Demands: Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
Scheduling:
- Weekday availability (AM and PM)
- Flexibility for weekends as needed.
