- Assemble and test stainless steel units, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and report any issues or discrepancies.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and address any challenges that arise.
- Willingness to learn or train in the position.
- Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.
- Other duties as assigned and not limited to just the above. Key Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and good communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with assembly work.
