Job Title: Assembler

Location: Warsaw, IN 46580 (Onsite)

Job Description:

Complete passivation work in accordance with work instructions to ensure a quality product is efficiently produced.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Follows documented procedure for generating assigned production work daily

Ensures passivation processes (quality, safety) are adhered to and not compromised.

Identifies non-conforming product based on visual and/or dimensional inspection criteria

Swiftly communicates quality and quantity issues to supervisors and/or co-workers

Manually pre-cleans parts

Documents in-process inspection results

Monitors and take appropriate timely improvement action to meet quality and quantity expectations

Monitors equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order. Recommends maintenance and repair if required.

Transports in-process work between departments.

Maintains safety and good housekeeping standards as required by law and company policy.

Properly wears required Personal Protective Equipment.

Comply with ISO policies and procedures as documented

OCCASSIONAL DUTIES:

Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:

High School graduate or equivalent.

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

SKILLS:

Ability to work independently without supervision.

Special attention to detail is required.

Work environment: Work performed in a production environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time (for Maintenance & Receiving only). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high, in some areas.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
