Cleaning Professional

Job Overview

This is a subcontracted position. Cleaners will be responsible for supplying their own general cleaning supplies. Must have some prior experience in cleaning.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
• Manage janitorial tasks including waste removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed to support team coordination and quality standards

Experience

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings preferred
• Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality industry is a plus
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing is desirable
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols and cleaning products to ensure health standards are met
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Previous experience in laundry services or housekeeper management roles is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly approach to client interactions

Pay: $21.82 - $26.27 per hour
