📋 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Meet and crush established sales volume and call metrics
- Deliver compelling virtual sales presentations that convert prospects into clients
- Conduct virtual surveys and provide accurate, competitive estimates
- Develop customized pricing packages that maximize profitability and win rates
Customer Experience Excellence:
- Answer inbound inquiries within target metrics to maintain high service levels
- Clearly communicate customer requirements to operations teams
- Ensure expectations are set and exceeded throughout the moving journey
Reporting & Accountability:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and survey dates
- Produce weekly activity reports and RAP (Revenue Achievement Performance) reports
- Track performance against goals and adjust strategies to stay on target
