JOB SUMMARY:
The Armstrong Company is looking for a NetSuite administrator responsible for configuring and maintaining NetSuite. The individual will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of all new integrations, custom project development, and end user technical support within NetSuite. They will also collaborate with team members across all business functions to perform customizations, resolve user issues, and define processes within NetSuite.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance and daily management of the NetSuite application.
- General system administration.
- Prioritize tickets and execute activities independently.
- Review scenarios and implement changes in accordance with change management requirements.
- Assist the Senior NetSuite Administrator in the management of the system configuration, including design and data migration decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration.
- Builds, runs, distributes, and supports in-depth dashboards, searches, and operational reports to provide insight into data needs for all team functions.
- Development, functional testing, and rollout of customizations, workflows, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, and system integration based on user/business needs.
- Manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain proper system permissions access for all roles.
- System configuration, data integrity, and all system-related policies and procedures.
- Providing front line support for all users with consideration for all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance.
- Point of contact to NetSuite support and all 3rd party integration partners.
- Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is driving value and efficiency for the organization
- Review upgrades to evaluate the impact on processes, configurations, and customizations. Ability to analyze complex problems and assess how NetSuite can be utilized to solve them.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 Years of Experience Administering NetSuite.
- A college degree with a technical or business management major is preferred, but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to form relationships both externally and internally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Excel.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
