Outpatient Physical Therapist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day Shift: 5x8 Hour Schedule (08:00 - 17:00)

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient therapy and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.


• Implement effective therapy interventions tailored to patient needs.


• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with established protocols.


• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.


• Current North Carolina PT License required.


• Experience with EMR systems, particularly Epic, is preferred.


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
