This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shifts, with weekends as scheduled.

The Medical Surgical unit features 52 private beds and provides care primarily for post-operative orthopedic, neurological, and other surgical patients, as well as patients with various medical diagnoses such as COPD, pneumonia, and cellulitis.

• Provide direct patient care and support to a diverse patient population.


• Work collaboratively with Charge Nurse and Clinical Assistant to ensure quality care delivery.


• Monitor patient conditions and report changes as necessary.


• Assist in performing various medical procedures and treatments as directed.


• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

• Current and unexpired RN license.


• BLS certification required; NIHSS certification required.


• Experience with peritoneal dialysis is highly preferred.


• ACLS certification is a plus.
