Night shift with 3x12 hour schedules from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Includes every third weekend and holidays as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our acute care rehabilitation team. The RN will provide specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs including those recovering from CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological diagnoses. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient rehab and demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment and management, including medication reconciliation and vital sign monitoring.

• Monitor and manage patient health status, including vital signs and laboratory results.


• Perform dressing changes and setup for aseptic/sterile procedure trays.


• Conduct telephone triage and process pharmacy refill requests.


• Provide patient education and support to individuals and their families.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimized patient care.


• Maintain documentation in the electronic health record system (EPIC).


• Participate in required training and compliance activities, including a pass/fail EKG exam.

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience.


• Required certification: BLS.


• Proficiency with EPIC charting system.


• Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation preferred.


• Must be prepared to float between different campuses if needed.


• No first-time travelers will be accepted.
